What types of property does LetLane support?+
Any rental property. Single lets, HMOs, student houses, multi-unit buildings. If it has rooms and tenants, LetLane tracks it.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each landlord's data is fully isolated. We never share your data with third parties.
Can I switch from spreadsheets easily?+
Add your properties and rooms, upload certificates, and you're tracking in minutes. CSV import is coming soon for larger portfolios.
What happens if I cancel?+
You keep access until the end of your billing period, then downgrade to the free tier. Your data is never deleted.
Do you handle rent collection?+
Not yet. We track rent payments — mark as paid, partial, or unpaid. Automated rent collection via Direct Debit is on our roadmap.
What about Making Tax Digital?+
Expense categories already match HMRC's MTD format. Direct HMRC submission is coming in a future update.
